basic equipmentweak pressure
the gym was acceptable, offering basic equipment for a quick workout.
The shower in my room had weak pressure. It felt more like a drizzle than an invigorating wash, a letdown after a day of activities.

I loved the spacious 2 Bed 1 Bath Lodge we stayed in. It was comfortable and well-equipped. Leisure facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The spa stood out as peaceful and beautifully designed. It enhanced the luxury experience.

The staff decorated our room, and they even brought us glasses of bubbles during our meal. It was a surprise. I have stayed here many times before. I find the service consistently excellent. The staff members are friendly, and I always receive a genuine smile from them.
The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate. I could clearly hear noise from other rooms. The leisure facilities seemed poorly maintained. I saw brown grout in the pool tiles below the waterline.

this resort is excellent. lots of walks were available! staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. my children found the bunk beds substantial and suitable. rooms and facilities were super clean and maintained to a high standard! the spa pool area was great, especially the kids pool.

The hotel has great access to local hiking trails and is near a bike lock up complete with tools, air, and water. This supports outdoor activities. the surrounding grounds appear very well maintained, with a pleasant environment .

the house hotel double included comfortable beds. the room was equipped with an iron and an ironing board. a fan helped to manage the room temperature. the bathroom was super clean and the shower had good water pressure.

Reception staff offered early check-in. i received a text message well before the guaranteed check-in time. cheerful housekeeping staff maintained the corridors. the staff generally seemed dedicated and attentive to guest needs. I appreciated their friendly attitude.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was beautifully nice and neat. i liked the great pool and spa facilities. we also appreciated the lovely location outside the hotel, though parking was easy.

the hotel is positioned very close to a great park perfect for dogs. additionally, the location allowed us to easily access various walking trails and scenic viewpoints in the surrounding area.
